HOT TUB RULES

Can’t believe we had to make this page… But some people… Just WOW.

COVER REMOVAL AND STORAGE

No need to take the cover off and throw it on the ground. We bought a handy dandy foldable cover with cover holder. Click here to watch a 60 second tutorial on how to use it.

NO GLASS

This should be pretty simple, but glass, WHEN it breaks and falls into the water, becomes invisible. Aside from being dangerous to guests trying to enjoy the Hot Tub, it can severely damage the Hot Tub motor, rendering it useless to the next guests and causing an expensive repair.

NO POOL NOODLES

I know, you’re thinking… It’s a hot tub… Why would I need a pool noodle. We don’t know either. However, it has happened. The styrofoam breaks off and ends up in the hot tub motor. Which similarly to the broken glass renders the hot tub useless and an expensive repair. Side note, cooking noodles in the hot tub is also not recommended. This hasn’t happened yet, but my expectations are that it might.

NO JUMPING OR DIVING

I would have NEVER thought this needed to be said, but please don’t jump into the shallow end of a hot tub. The entire hot tub is a shallow end. This also applies to your children. Even if they are small they can crack the fiberglass, causing an expensive repair and the next guest to not have access to the hot tub.

DO NOT TROUBLESHOOT

Please do NOT take apart the Hot Tub. The filters are not pool toys and should not be played with. Unless you are a licensed hot tub mechanic, please just contact us with issues. This also goes for children who want to take apart the hot tub. Repairs will be billed to you. For multiple OBVIOUS reasons please do not leave your children unattended in the hot tub.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES

Have you seen the cost of Hot Tubs? The repair costs are equally as shocking. We understand that accidents happen, but please use some common sense. Have as much fun as you possibly can, but please don’t be forced to spend money on anything other than tubing, dinners out, and all that the Smokies have to offer.
