Stay on the first floor of a 1 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully renovated condo. Open the sliding glass doors and listen to the sound of the river flowing by during the evening. During the day, sit and enjoy watching tubers peacefully float by, and occasionally not-so-gracefully fall out of their tubes. 
The location is also spectacular for fishing and easily accessing all that Townsend has to offer. Almost anything in Townsend is a short walk or bike ride.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a 2 minute drive. 
All the fun of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg are a short drive away as well!
